Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use commercial shipping. Your tracking number is sent by software via email. It may arrive at any time, day or night. The tracking number will always be sent just ahead of the package being shipped. The package must be prepared in advance. You will need to allow 24 hours for your tracking to show up online.

All shipping is USPS Priority. Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment. Email confirmation is sent as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Shipping to Painters

Shipping straight to the painter of your choice can be done under the following circumstances:
The name and full address of the painter MUST be located on the page of the Paypal transaction - no exceptions. Seunta can only ship to the address you provide on the Paypal transaction. All shipping addresses are confirmed at the time of shipping within the shipping notification that is sent to the email address, which should also be on the Paypal transaction. If proper information is not provided Seunta will not be responsible for any misdirected shipment. 

GENERAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs forms will be accurate. No model ships as a gift if it has been a purchase. 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CLASS CHANGES
First Class International mail is low priority and takes a longer shipping time. Tracking and tracing services are very limited and will not be provided once the package leaves the US. Customs forms normally begin with the letter L.

Priority Mail International is faster than First Class Package International Service, with shipments generally arriving at their destinations within 6–10 days. Tracking is provided door-to-door to most countries. Customs forms usually begin with the letter C (or E).

Seunta only ships using Priority Mail International, beginning November 2018.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE - May 2023

Once a package is received by this destination Seunta will no longer be responsible for packing, shipping times, or any delivery issues.

Canada shipping will need to be adjusted on eBay so just contact me for that adjustment. Right now it is a flat rate for all International and Canada would not be that high.

International shipping is only offered USPS Priority International. This service is very different from regular first class shipping in that it will track door to door every time and also comes with better recovery service for anything delayed, missing or hung up in customs.

UK SHIPPING
Due to the current VAT restrictions, all online orders within this website must be £135 or more for UK shipment, not including shipping costs. Any smaller orders will be refunded. VAT will not be collected at the time of the sale and the recipient will be responsible for payment upon arrival, as usual.

eBay collects and remits VAT payment for the seller. Orders, in any amount, are accepted within our eBay store.

Failure to adhere to UK Customs procedures could result in:

• Parcels being refused entry into the UK by customs

• Parcels being returned to sender (including return shipping fees depending on carrier used)

• Parcels and products being destroyed

• Parcels incurring major delays in being delivered to buyer

• Parcels generating additional shipping and/or customs fees, or penalties
